Black(25):
4 Hymn to Tourach
4 Hypnotic Specter
2 Agonizing Memories
4 Sinkhole
2 Choking Sands
2 Necropotence (or some other card engine, but I found this one fits best in the deck)
3 Nekrataal
1 Juzám Djinn - I have only one :-(
1 Demonic Tutor
2 Misinformation

Green(7):
2 Stunted Growth
4 Erhnam Djinn
1 Regrowth

Artifact(5):
4 Nevinyrral's Disk
1 Sol Ring

Land(23):
1 Strip Mine
1 Volrath's Stronghold
4 Bayou
2 Bad River (thinning&brings duals)
2 Reflecting Pool (since most stuff cost 2 colored mana)
5 Forest
8 Swamp

The Necro is there as a one-shot card - play Necro, fill hand, use discard&LD, fill up hand again, Disk it away along with opponent's stuff. Against control decks I let it sometimes stay in play (since they can't kill me until they have the lock on the game).
I was thinking about sqeezing in a Diamond Valley (excellent with Necro), but I don't know what to take out.
The only problem I had so far was a heavy control deck when I got not-so-good draw (disruption didn't start early enough). So I will need anti-control SB, something like this:
2 Necropotence (excellent vs. all control decks here)
2 Disrupting Scepter (awesome, maybe more)
4 Stupor (discard kills control)
2 Misinformation ("take 3 turns in a row. Target opponent draws 3 worthless cards :-)")
2 Stunted Growth (another 3 turn timewalk if played right; I thought about replacing maindeck Agonizing Memories with this, but it's a bit too costly, so don't want to draw it early in the game)
1 Diamond Valley (if it doesn't go in main deck)
2 other cards (maybe Creeping Mold, but I think Disks are enough)

I will probably take out Nekrataals and maybe some LD when playing against control to side in some more useful stuff.

I'd pack power stuff in the deck, but we play here type 1 without p9, LoA and Mirror (so that everybody has a chance), so keep this in mind when critiquing this deck.
All suggestions are welcome.
