Comments welcome. Not sure if it's competitive, but it might be of some interest. The original concept used Anvil of Bogardan, but I think it's too much of an advantage to the other side.
Pit/Brooch
4 x Bottomless Pit
4 x Null Brooch
4 x Scalding Tongs
2 x Planar Void
2 x Cursed Scroll
2 x Vampiric Tutor
4 x Ensnaring Bridge
4 x Duress
4 x Funeral Charm
4 x Bottle Gnomes
4 x Urza's Bauble
4 x Peat Bog (need three mana on turn 2 Bad)
17 x Swamp
SB is (of course) undetermined, but would include the other two Voids, possibly Edicts, possibly Phyrexian Furnace.

The point is that most of the spells in the deck can be cast when you draw them, so you never have to hold anything in hand past the end of your opponent's turn. The pits force random discards, and the Voids make sure the graveyard is gone. The deck is a little short on damage sources, but Tongs will work well here, and scroll is not bad either.

I'd increase vampiric tutors to assure that you can get the pieces of the lock assembled in a timely fashion. 1 Planar void is the most you should use maindeck--even that probably should be a furnace to avoid dead cards. Go up on scrolls and down on tongs--you sholdn't need TOO many win conditions. 21 land may be a wee bit light, expecially since 4 of them self-destruct. This deck often runs white to give you a little bit of removal and versatility. Without it, something like orb (very popular now) can drop in quick on you and ruin your whole plan.

Good points all, but I don't agree with the scrolls. More than one active scroll is not necessary. It'd be nice to have more, but you may not have the mana to operate them. Tongs only cares about cards in your hand, and requires no mana to do damage. How about:

4 x Bottomless Pit
3 x Null Brooch
4 x Ensnaring Bridge
4 x Scalding Tongs
2 x Cursed Scroll
4 x Bottle Gnomes
2 x Phyrexian Furnace
4 x Duress
4 x Enlightened Tutor
1 x Swords to Plowshares (if you run white...)
3 x Seal of Cleansing (reason to run white)
2 x Vindicate
23 Land:
4 x Scrubland
4 x Caves of Koilos
15 x Swamp

SB:
1 x Seal of Cleansing
3 x Swords to Plowshares
2 x Vindicate
2 x Planar Void
2 x Phyrexian Furnace
3 x Diabolic Edict
2 x ????

Not sure about the SB, of course; it's a guess. Comments welcome.

i run a very similar deck, but have quite a few tweaks. Provided that you TWEAK TWEAK TWEAK that deck, I can guarantee that you will win to all but the following decks:

Stasis
Tradewind
Draw-Go

And that is that. Good luck. I can guarantee success as I believe that the bridge is as broken in t2 and extended as Moat is in t1.5 and t1.

If you are interested, my AIM is misterhankey1234 if you want to play against me on apprentice

Thanks for the comments. I kinda like the deck as is, but recognize the vulnerability to Tradewind. Basically, the deck is vulnerable to anything with heavy counter. I could run Orim's Chant or Abeyance or something to try to force stuff through, but I'm hoping the brooches will be enough. I don't see much Stasis, but I could see where it would be a problem too. The biggest worry I had against heavy counter was that under the pit effect, I only had a max of two cards in hand during my turn: One from last turn until the Pit effect happens and one from my draw. So I can play an instant during my upkeep, and another spell during my main phase, and that's it.

Possible solutions include some of the new card draw from the T2 environment (Phyrexian Arena, Skeletal Scrying) or just recognizing that this isn't a tier one deck.

Good heavens, I hate that Tradewind. Annoying to play against and with.

Have you thought about playing zombie infestation ?
If your going to be discarding cards for the brooch , why not turn them into 2/2 tokens ?
