: : : Yes folks, here is a deck with a 99.8% chance of winning, even after say 5 paris's ;p
: :
: : : 2 things to note:
: : : 1) The hell if this thing is legal in any kinda play, and if it was, it would be banned halfway through it's first game :)
: : : and 2) You will NOT EVER in your life be able to afford this bugger, unless you are willing to sell off your first three sons
: : :
: : : and here it is...
: :
: : : the deck we've all been waiting for...
: :
: : : the UNBEATABLE deck!!
: : : (more or less ;p)
: :
: : :
: : : 600 cards, yes 600 cards
: : : 300 Black Lotus (Ok shut up)
: : : 250 Wheel of Fortune (Shut up #2)
: : : 50 Feldon's Canes (Well at least I can fill this spot hehe)
: :
: : : there you go
: : : go forth, enjoy, and if anyone manages to build this monstrosoty, I will renounce all my religion and worship you from here to the end of time
: : : -Zur
: : :
: : : ps: Sage, here's a deck that just eats your DER for dinner ;)
: : : on any given day:
: : : 4(R) + 63(C) - 1(T) = 66/2 = 33
: : : 33??
: : : :)
: : Here's another one. You know the house rule about you can draw another 7 cards
: : if you does not draw any land? Well... this was what it took to convince the scrubs
: : not to play with that rule.
: : The deck is Type II (could also be type I but then there would be the danger of pitch spells)
: : and includes
: : 2 Lotus Petal
: : 1 Raging Goblin
: : 1 Hatred
: : 2 Dark Ritual
: : 54 other cards.
: : I would explain that I intended to keep on drawing new hands until I got the combo.
: : But off course this unbeatable deck demands that you play by that no-land rule and gets to go first
: : to avoid Shock (or an Ornithopter)!
: If you think yours was expensize, look at this one
:
: Black Lotues 300,001
: ansetrial recall 900,000
: feldons cane 3
: draw as many recalls as you need, then make them draw there deck.
1) Anyone can make guaranteed broken decks if we get to change the deck construction rules. [That's why we have the rules, after all.]
2) Lord Zur = Why make the deck bigger than 60 cards? It works much better smaller. I've seen it done.
3) Squandered Monkey = I'm not familiar with the rule you're referring to. Do you get to keep the first 7 cards if you draw 7 more? If not, what happens if you get the Raging Goblin BEFORE the Lotus Petal? Answer = YOU LOSE.
4) (V)etallica = Your deck barely works. Since less than 1/4 of your deck produces mana, there's a fairly reasonable chance that you'll get no mana and lose. Again, I don't see the need to have 12,004 cards in a deck when 60 will do the trick.
5) There is a mill for these kinds of ideas. This isn't it.
