My t1 control deck; please critique

Blue (14):
2 Mana Drain
3 Counterspell (I'll replace 2 of them with Mana Drains as soon as I get them)
1 Amnesia
1 Braingeyser
1 Ancestral Recall
1 Impulse (maybe replace with a Mystical Tutor)
1 Mystical Tutor
1 Recall (I've originally had Gaea's Blessing, which worked pretty well, but Recall gives me cards right into hand; I've also though of Relearn, but quite often I take more than one card)
2 Force of Will (just in case)
1 Dismiss (a bit costly, but a good counterspell; maybe I will replace it with regular Counterspell)

White (6):
2 Swords to Plowshares
2 Wrath of God (maybe replace one for a Moat, but there are so many annoying duty&flying creatures around, so Wrath suits the environment better; +it's harder for most decks here to deal with a sorcery than to deal with a permanent)
1 Balance (this is without doubt a very good card, but I've never needed to use it; maybe I'll move it to SB and side it in vs other control or a discard deck)
1 Disenchant

Black (3):
1 Demonic Tutor
1 Vampiric Tutor (it was originally Mystical Tutor; but I quite often go for LoA or Mirror; maybe I'll replace the other Myst. Tutor with a Vampiric)
1 The Abyss

Red (4):
2 Dwarven Miner (around here only 2 players have moxes, so I play Miners, because everybody has quite a lot of non-basics; most of the decks have over 50% non-basics)
1 Fireball
1 Lightning Bolt

Green (1):
1 Regrowth

Artifact (8):
2 Jayemdae Tome
1 Disrupting Scepter
1 Fellwar Stone (this is most of the time at least a 3-color diamond, quite often all-color, so maybe I could add one more)
1 Sol Ring
1 Black Lotus
1 Zuran Orb
1 Mirror Universe

Lands (24):
4 Tundra
4 Volcanic Island
4 Underground Sea
2 Flood Plains (getting the mana of right color&thinning)
1 Library of Alexandria
1 Strip Mine
2 Wasteland
4 City of Brass
1 Island
1 Plains

Sideboard (15):
1 Disrupting Scepter (vs control; maybe one more?)
2 Force of Will (vs compost and other nonsense combo decks)
2 Red Elemental Blast
3 Disenchant
2 Sacred Ground (LD and Geddons hurt and they are quite common here)
2 Anvil of Bogardan (vs Necro+I don't have to discard after a big card-drawing from a Geyser/Ancestral/Jayemdae)
1 Feldon's Cane
2 Kjeldoran Outpost (this may seem strange, but it's a pretty good way to beat control)

I've just made up the SB in last 5 minutes, so I guess it is still missing something (in a real t1 environment, Mox Monkeys go at least into SB if not into main deck). I unfortunately don't have the Moxes, Time Walk and I traded away Timetwister some time ago (I'll get the Moxes sometimes; hopefully sometimes soon and then they'll go in).
The deck did pretty well so far - the deck has only problems with discard and mana-denial; I've only lost 1 game out of around 20 (talking about luck, I've cast Mirror 4 times - Regrowth, then Recall Mirror and Regrowth, try to cast it, Regrowth it, then I finally got it through in a counterspell battle...and my opponent was lucky enough to draw his only Disenchant :-( It wouldn't be that bad if he hasn't Orb out and if he wasn't tapping the lands I untapped with Icy).
