In looking over Judgement, Cabal Therapy seemed intriguing:

Cabal Therapy
U, Sorcery, B
Name a nonland card. Target player reveals his or her hand and discards from it all cards with that name.
Flashback - Sacrifice a creature.

I wouldn't necessarily play this in an all Black deck, but maybe this card combined with Duress lets us splash Black for disruption in a multicolor aggro deck?

Normally you'd play 4 Duress, 4 Hymns & Mind Twist in mono-black as disruption, my thought is replacing the Hymns with Therapies would remove the BB requirement and let you use all reasonably splashable disruption.

What kind of aggro deck can we build around this disruption? Can we do better than mono-black would with rituals/sinkholes/hyppies/negators? Is Therapy not strong enough to bother working on this?

It's a good card, but hymn is soooooo much better. I don't think that monoblack builds have what it takes to use this card though, since they really don't want to be losing their creatures. It's best off in a b/g deck filled with creatures where the sac effect doesn't hit as hard.

(or any other black/other color deck which can survive the sac a creature. It's splashable so I suppose it may have a purpose in there.

I bet this owns in casual Nether Spirit decks.

This is more splashable, and this getting Misdirected is nowhere near as bad as Hymn. It's interesting in combo, and also noted that this can get Morphling, Monkey, etc. I just fear that in a mostly Keeper-ish environment, that the amount of restricted cards keeps this from being very viable, unless you always name Force or Mana Drain.

So true...

Tristal's thought is what I was thinking. 4 Duress/4 Cabal Therapy gives you 8 chances a 1st turn hand disruption, and if its Therapy, you name Mana Drain or Force of Will (in my opinion, Mana Drain if your deck is an aggro deck, Force if its a combo deck). If you get anything with the Therapy, great. If not, you see their hand and either way you confirm they don't have counters or have a decent chance of removing a significant number of them.
