Explanations:
1) Psi Blast:
useful as removal and not expected, made me win some games (Necro till I'm at 1 life. Ok! Psi Blast. Target: you.) Also useful against some annoying decks playing Negator Main Deck.
2)Plagiarize:
Still playtesting it. Amazing in some occasions: Wheel? Twister? Ok! I'm Drawing 14 cards and emptying your hand. Brainstorm? I'm drawing 3, you're putting 2 cards on top of your library. Sometimes is a dead card (well can still use during upkeep), and it is a bit expensive.
3)Trade Routes:
Discard extra-lands and draw cards in mid-late game. Save Mishra and LoA.

You may put 1 or 2 Capsizes on it... Plagiarize is bad (too expensive), and Brainstorm is not a Type 1 card at all... Replace it with 2 more Impulses.
Also, 4 Mana Drains and 4 Counterspells with only 16 blue mana sources isn't a good idea.
The maindeck Annul should be the 4th Ophidian or 1 Capsize or 1 extra Morphling.
I used Capsize for a while. That card really impressed me. Thing is, with Kegs it usually just becomes superfluous. However it is amazing in conjuction with Back to Basics to help keep a lockdown by bouncing their basic land.
