How do you cast spells that aren't blue? Moxen?

Generally, that's a bad idea-you won't draw the mana you need, and gorilla shaman will kill you.
I'd add at least city of brass, but then you have problems with your own B2B.

I'd try testing the deck, and seeing if you have mana problems.

Note to Rakso: who's IP is this? Just don't want to see Legend again :)

Well, thats why I posted it on here, I want to keep blue's B2B, and want to keep it 5C. I have tested it a lot in the last couple of hours, and I always seem to get the moxen when I need it, it probably is just luck tho. A lot of the time I Tutor for the moxen. Shamen is a threat, but easy to counter. There are some cards that i wanted in and forgot to post, heres the list:
FoF
Impulse
StP
LoA
V. Tutor
Mind Twist
Will???
Stroke???

And im not Legend, just another aol user.

Just thought of the land that might save this deck from the fiery pits of desertion, Undiscovered Paradise! It gets around B2B, and can produce anything i might need, I'll post a new Decklist soon.

Swords, Regrowth, Sylvan, Living Wish, Mind Twist and Demonic off MOXEN?

I think this deck needs a strong dose of "mana base". When you go 4-color, being able to still play BtB without hurting yourself is a complete illusion. It's not going to work.
In Keeper, I play Regrowth and Sylvan off six sources and sometimes find myself without green mana. I run three white spells off nine sources to get white when I need it (and for the sideboard options).
Your count looks bloody erratic.

The key combo with BtB is utter consistency because of the impossibilty to get color-screwed with Mono-U. What you attempt is a deck with a built-in color screw.
You say you tutor for Moxen - how? With Demonic Tutor? I can't help it, but I'd rather call this deck "The Erratic Gamble", as opposed to "Ophidian" (which screams consistency all over the place).

Now, Undiscovered Paradise may help a bit, but I think four is too harsh. Since every time you play UP you set yourself back one land drop, you disregard a key requirement for Mono-U: (blue) MANA. Mono-U needs a lot of blue mana to play effectively because of the high number of counters you want to play, and because counters are usually the only way you can deal with threats. Other than your errratic Swords, this is also the case with your deck.

I think you need to choose from here: either stay Mono-U and substitute spells that do as much for you (see below), or go the five-color-route with your mana base, dropping BtB.
To go Mono-U, with some adjustments you can gain similar effects as with 5 colors but keep the deck consistently blue:
Demonic should be a blue Search spell, namely Merchant Scroll. Since it gets you everything short of Keg, it is your man.
The Mind Twist should be another Misdirection, because MD is blue and gives you more counter power as well as the possibility of MD'ing an oponents Mind Twist, Ancestral, Stroke and Geyser.
Sylvan Library should become a real card drawer, preferrably Stroke, or (if you really don't want to miss the effect) Soothsaying.
Regrowth is better off as a Relearn, maybe even Recall if you need to recycle Kegs.
StoP could become another Keg.
Living Wish is free to choose - another counter, another Merchant Scroll, whatever you want.

Of course, that is the road to Mono-U, which is by far the best way to (ab)use BtB. If you say you are prepared to go without it, you should be able to figure the mana base without much help. (Hint: 4 Cities is a good start.)
