Will Burning Wish and Cunning Wish work in OSE ?

With Cunning Wish, maybe Teferi's (Az won't like this) and/or 2nd Edict in the Sideboard ?

Burning Wish ? Possible multiple Y. Wills plus Twister in the side ?
