Sacred Mesa is an important win condition in this deck, and far better than Grindstone.
You don't need Jayemdae Tome since you already have the Tax/Rack combo. Put the third Scroll Rack in instead. You might like to MD the Humility instead.
Three Story Circles is overkill, as are three Ivory Towers. Cut 1 of each for something more useful, like two more Duress.
Grindstone? Good lord...why would you bother????
This seems like it would lose horribly to control. Granted, you have 6 pro-active counterspells (4 Abeyance, 2 Duress), but I'm not seeing what a control player would want to counter aside from the Will and Book, and perhaps the Story Circles.
You are relying on decking as a strategy, and against a decent control player(which I'm guessing that you face a lot, judging by the 4 MD Abeyances and 2 MD Duresses), this is a terrible strategy without counterspells.
No Balance ?!
