Rakso out-counters Random-Miser and gets an Abyss then a Masticore then a Morphling into play. At one point, Rakso had Library of Alexandria out and THIRTEEN cards in hand including 2 FoW, 2 Mana Drain, 1 Mystical Tutor, 1 Fact or Fiction.
It’s a bit hard to lose with 13 cards during your opponent’s end-of-turn, but Random-Miser keeps up the valiant effort of pretending to think and pause even though his opponent can guess how many counters he is holding…

Random-Miser sideboards 4 Diabolic Edict, 3 REB, 3 Pyroblast, 3 Jester’s Cap, 2 Misdirection, then claims he made a mistake sideboarding…
Random-Miser plays a first-turn Cap and Misdirects Rakso’s Force of Will. Rakso loses Morphling, Masticore, and 1 Rootwater Thief. He then plays a SECOND Cap. Since Rakso used Impulse and Fact or Fiction to draw into the remaining Thieves, he lost Yawgmoth’s Will, Ancestral Recall and 1 Mana Drain.
By this time, Rakso had already used his Regrowth and lost all but 1 of the Thieves, but he had the last Thief on the board and 2 counters/REB in hand.
Rakso won after removing or countering 3 REB, 3 Pyroblast, 4 Diabolic Edict, 3 Jester’s Caps, 3 Nevinyrral’s Disks, Timetwister, and Yawgmoth’s Will.

Actually I boarded incorrectly because I should have removed my two trolls that I had left in I took out Jar, and that ended up kiling...It was a stupid Idea that ended up costing me the game. Not to mention I made countless mistakes in the game as you can see from the log on Bdominia. I should have sat and did nothing until I had a full hand, at which point I would have easily dealt with the Thief, since I would have been able to match his counters...instead like an idiot, I decided to play it anyway even though I had only 2 cards in hand...I was on abit of crack at the time
In the first game he ended up getting all 4 fact or fictions, within the first 10 turns.

Actually it was 3:00AM here in dallas when I was playing against Rakso...and I was abit on the sleepdeprived hullicinagenic side. I should have won the second game without a problem if I had played correctly instead of like an impatient Scrub;)...not to mention I probally had the worst luck in the known history of existence drawing only 2 forms of removal out of 13, along with very few counters in a game that went for 48 turns. Of course he was slowly removing them but i should have drawn more then 2. Come to think of it...I should probally have shuffled after each time he was lookin through my library...
Hmmm I play Rakso again later if he wants ta try his luck...an this time I wont be nearly as careless or complacent ;)
Also, I wouldnt call any game that goes on for 48 turns a slaughter.

Why do you all not like Random-Miser? I talked to him on yahoo. He seems like a nice guy, I admit he is a little to confident. You seriously need to add Force of Wills, though. Sure, you lose card-advantage, but it still can decide the outcome of the game!

And I still think you need FoW's, the advantage outweighs the disadvantage IMHO.
And a 48 turn game IS a slaughter when one player is in totall controll the entire time. You could have always forfeited sooner...

Notice that even with me making numerous player errors, making some VERY questionable sideboard mistakes by not removing the trolls. Not drawing a single form of card draw, and only drawing 2 sources of removal out of 13, I still managed to knock him down to only 1 threat...which If I would have been patient SHOULD have been easily dealt with...hehehe but I decided in my sleep deprived hullucinagenic state ta go ahead and play it without any real counterbackup...I did the same thing with a Mindtwist...major mistake.

Random-Scrub comes off like a true born loser: It's *never* his fault.
Uh, I just consulted a globe, my dad, and www.timezoneconverter.com, and they all told me that the time difference would be about 10 hours. I assume this is Rakso's log, so if it was 12:00 for him, it would have been either 10:00 AM (rise and shine), or 10 PM (which isn't really that late). Since JP claims that Rakso played at 12:00 noon, it was most likely 10:00 PM when you played.

It is confirmed...as you can see from the log above my deck was not shuffled at all after each time Rakso was looking through it. Meaning that unintentionally or not I was effectively getting my deck stacked. This is completely my fault due to my unfamiliarity with the software, for some reason I thought it shuffled automatically after my opponent finished looking through it. As a result Rakso would have been simply taking the first threat he saw with the Thief...which would have just happened to be the threat closest to the top of my library. With me still being unfamilier with the software i made the mistake of not shuffling afterwards, and the mystery of why I wasnt drawing anything but useless cards and land for 30 turns in a row is revealed. This wasnt Rakso's fault in any way, but it did have a MAJOR impact on the game, basically saying...I lost not only due to my own hullucinagenic induced mistakes, but also becuase my deck was, unintentionally I'm sure, being stacked against me.
With that said, i still should have won even with the few threats I actually did draw, but that is due to player error...dont blame the deck for my mistakes :p
Also I would be happy to play a "fair" rematch game later tonight since this one as anyone can plainly see had the odds literally "stacked" against me.

Miser, if Rakso were stacking your deck not only would you have seen "Rakso rearranges cards in Random-Miser's library," but he wouldn't have told you after every Thiefing to shuffle your deck.
The reason I say that you're lying about the time is that it is yet another excuse (because you seem oblivious that your skill or deck could be what is losing you your matches) for your losses. If it's 3AM then you're really tired and falling asleep and would naturally make bad plays.
Ummm your not reading what I am saying, I didnt say Rakso intentionally stacked my deck, I'm saying that he was taking out whatever threat he would see near the top of my library...this makes sense if he was just reading down the list till he saw something threatening, or until he saw a specific card, which would have kept me from ever drawing a threat, which as you can plainly see is EXACTLY what happened. He did say to "please shuffle" one time but I didnt understand why until after the game was over...again I was kinda out of it at the time. Actually the only reason I was playin apprentice that late to begin with was becuase my very small, and very loud puppy, just wasnt ready ta go bed yet, and wasnt about to let me go to sleep either. Still I'll be more than happy to play a game that didnt have the major accidental stacking that this one did later tonight. Ya haveta admit it did have quite an impact on the game.

Um, I think you both understand each other, but I don't think Rakso believes your point. Basically, if an Edict had been in your next 8 cards (well, could've been more, I didn't check to see if you had any extra card drawing), a your next 4, a Troll in your next 11, a disc in your next 9, or another troll in your next 13, you should've been fine.

I don't see why you shouldn't play again, but I don't know if game 2 was as bad as Miser thinks.

So let's break this down...
1.) Miser lost playing his own creation
2.) Miser even had to cheat, and still lost... (2 lands per turn?)
3.) He states that he only drew 3 of 13 removal spells (maybe because they were getting stolen by a theif, and because you only run 1 ancestrall for drawing power?)
4.) He then tries to cover up for his poorly built deck and poor playing skills with even more lies (Um... it was 3am here, yeah, thats it...)
5.) He cannot accept a loss to a better player and a better deck. (BD doesn't like sore losers)
And people wonder why be give Random a hard time. You can't come on here stateing your deck is #1 and absolutly dominates every single T1 deck without even playtesting it against some real players (Rakso). And on top of that, you cannot lose graciously, you have to make up some bullshit excuse thats a flat out lie. 3am my ass... Rakso stacked your deck? He's the one who kept telling you to shuffle! And that whole 4 FoF's in 10 turns? Try 43 turns buddy, and try getting a fair loss without BS'ing everyone with excuses.
It must be a pain in the ass to play against this guy in a real life tourney. He would call the judge over, and try to weasel his way out of a loss and everything!
Random Miser, if a Keeper player's life doesn't drop below 5, the aggro player (which you definately are here) ain't doing his job

Just to clear out what little confusion there might be, it wasnt at 3:00, I was there, and I only log on between 7:00pm to 10:00 pm west mexico time, that is 8 to 11pm Mexico City time, up to you to check the time difference with Texas.
Miser's official excuse is now that I was stacking his deck, played him when he was so sleepy, and avoid a fair game.
My reply was that if I wanted a fair game, I'd have mulled to zero and started at 10 life. ;)
