I'd replace 2 Incinerate for 2 Dismiss. Impulse is a good card, but 4 is a bit too many, replace one with another counter (Dissipate or Power Sink). : : From my experience Jayemdae Tomes are better in this format, but since you use 3 Disks, using Whispers might be a good idea. : This deck looks pretty solid!
