The Type I Deck Mill

I am thinking of playing Necro in an upcomming T1 tournment.
I need help in what to put in it. Should I go mono or splash?
I have Jewelery, the Flower and Mirror, but neither LoA nor Big Blue.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
