Mozza Goblin First off, goblins don't need "Goblin pumps" such as Goblin Caves, you just need them in abundance. Use 4x Goblin Warrens, 4x Goblin Scouts, and possibly a Shivan to scare the polish off her deck. You may also need a way of getting these out in a plethoric manner, so obviously we need Diamonds in type II, and Mox/Lotus if you can afford it. To further raise this madness, a set of burns are required. For this, our options are Fireball, Disintegrate, Lava Burst, Rolling Thunder and Lightning Bolt. We will need 6 burn (minimum), so now we consider effect. Fireball is multitargeted, Disintegrate removes, Lavaburst is non-preventable, Rolling Thunder sucks, and Lightning Bolt is hyper-efficient. Here it is decided that it is 2 Fireball, 1 Disintegrate, and 3 Bolts. Temper may be white, but we absolutely need it to raise a power-goblin when a major toast is done to your goblin. What goes nicely with this, you ask? Electrical silverware is effective in doubling a goblin's fury.
The primary module should contain goblins, goblins, and more goblins. Considering the most efficient, we have Vandal, Kookus, Flarg, Swine, and Recruiter. Because we already have 22 cards in the deck, and we want, optimally, 63 cards, we have 22 land. 19 goblins is enough for any sane person. We will employ Recruiter, Vandal, and Kookus in abundance, while using Flarg and Swine twice each. This leaves 3 open spots. We shall fill them with Grenade, Shrine and Conquer.
