Smoldering Embers Burn decks are there to cause your opponent to wet their pants with a plethora of direct damage. The most efficient of these is Lightning Bolt. Because of it's efficiency, it can also be a tough foe to defeat. Ball lightning is also good for a first turner, so we chuck them in with a Lotus. In order to combat white's CoP:Red, we need either Jokulhaups or Tranquility. We essentially need both.
Against Necro, the above spells should do the trick. For those pesky green/white weenie decks, we need Pyroclasm. Also handy are Kird Ape and Taiga. Other red burn decks can suffer greatly from our CoP:Whites that we now stick in the sideboard. They can also be taken care of by our minor lock of the Outposts, the CoP:Reds, the Martyrdom and our slow burn. This deck can utilize a plethora of opponent's locks to our advantage, take, for example a Turbo-Stasis lock, why that is done in by our Kismet. It has now transformed into a three color monstrosity like this:
We could also, of course use more speedy damage, like Incinerate, Furnace of Rath and the inevitable Thundermare. Or how about the Gauntlet of Might, just for good measure. Now we have this murderer:
Land: We now have the murderer's sketch. It looks like this:
