Telim was sick of standing in Cup's shadow...he wanted to be more than
a
henchmen...This was the perfect time to strike. Telim led a revolt
against Cup turning
the larger portion of the MoEG army against him. He once again used his
recruitment
tactics to draw together a large army to take down MoEG, telling the
people about how
Cup had lost his mind and need to be tooken down. Telim changed his
name to Black
Lotus and his top 8 generals changes there names to Mox Jet, Mox Ruby,
Mox Sapphire,
Mox Emerald, Mox Pearl, Ancestral Recall, Timewalk, and Timetwister,
naming
themselves after the 9 most powerful spells known to Mankind. They
became known as
the Power 9.
A kingdom of nearby Kobolds had earlier tried to make an alliance with
Cup,
seeing them as insignificant he more or less ignored them. The Kobolds
were not happy
that they were took so lightly and decided to show Cup their true power.
Seeing as that
Cup's top general had just turned on him and was trying to kill him,
this was the perfect
opportunity. The Kobolds attached and vandalized MoEG's stronghold.
With the
combined force of the Power 9 and the Kobold Guild it didn't stand a
chance...Cup fled
the fortress with the several other lasting followers of Elf Girl.
The threats against Cup didn't stop with the P 9 and Kobolds...The Mad
Thalliad
King a insane creature bent on the destruction of Elves such to destroy
Elf Girl and her
followers another Mysterious force a being none by near unpronounceable
name of ---
stalked Cup were ever he went calling for his blood....
Cup was now feeling the same wrath that he had brought upon the Holy
Alliance....all the forces of Beyond Dominia were out to get
him....except for one.....
Gandalf had slowly built up Oor-Tael to a silent, but powerful force.
He
approached Cup and allowed him and the rest of the loyal Elf Girl
followers sanctuary
with his old friends. Gandalf had no love loss for Black Lotus....He
remembered the
impersonation incident well. Cup was able to talk Grublet, the much
calmer alter ego of
the Mad Thailliad King, into joining Oor-Tael and becoming his ally.
Black Lotus was not happy about Cup's newly found sanctuary, He deiced
that to
destroy Oor-Tael he must create the largest most powerful force Beyond
Dominia had
ever seen. The Kobolds, The Dark Void and The Power 9 banded together
to form one
entity: The Power Void. The Power Void quickly seized control of
Beyond Dominia.
Smothering almost all the smaller guilds. Oor-Tael knowing that going
into a War with
this juggernaught would be unwise the vanished from the political scene
of Beyond
Dominia.
Amongst the stranglehold of the Power Void another guild emerged. Led
by the
Kelida, the Guild of the Dark Queen popped up rather quickly. Kelida
gained quite a
loyal following in short time. Telim did not want another guild to
compete with the
Power Void and knew that he had to destroy it while it was small.
Oor-Tael could not
stand by and watch this happen, they reemerged and came to the aid of
Kelida.
Cup was sick and tired of the Power Void and he knew that if he wanted
to
destroy it he had to aim for the head: Black Lotus. Cup issued a
formal challenge to
Lotus to a battle in a classic planeswalker duel. Lotus accepted. Cup
defeated Lotus
rather quickly in front of a crowd of thousands of Beyond Domininians.
This defeat set
the destruction of Power Void into motion. Lotus's credibility was hurt
and soon after his
monarchy was rocked with scandal. Cymrych, a guild based on the
preservation of the
land, came in from nearby land of Shahrazad to tear down his dictator
ship. Kobold
Overlord soon turned his Kobolds against. With all these threats upon
him, Telim knew
he couldn't stay in Beyond Dominia. He soon fled and is rumored to be
living
somewhere in Shahrazad to this very day....
So ends the era of the Power Void in Beyond Dominia.....
