by Alex Wilson Depletion -- can it win in type 2? When I first started playing about 5 years ago, my brother got a Millstone in a pack. He would frolic over to my side of the table and neatly place the top two cards of my library into my graveyard, smile, then dance back to his chair. He never depleted my decks (due to the fact I had roughly 1,000 cards in my deck), but he always seemed to make me mad when he used it. It was at that time that my goal became to make a depletion deck. 4 years later... I finally had 4 Howling Mines and 4 Millstones, and all the other stuff in between. Just recently I decided to make the deck type 2. A lot of good cards went to waste, but I think it was worth it, as Type 2 seems to be the most played format. The deck idea is simple. Simply try to get the most cards out of their library that you can in one turn. You always have something you can do without having any spells to cast, which is why I always have fun playing it. Deck Priorities
You'll have fun with this deck and you'll (hopefully) win 95% of the time! It's worth taking the time to make it. Alex Wilson o***w@i***e.net
