There are various reasons why access to the file you requested could have been denied. It may not be a file for public viewing, it may be an index for a directory that doesn't have an index (I turned off the pregenerated ones). Also, though this is hopefully not the case, you may have been banned from Beyond Dominia for one reason or another.
