Tradewind LTD

Limited Resources caught my eye the minute I saw it. A card that limits the number of a type of card allowed in play is always useful. The name fits it well, it is an extremely limiting card, many decks need lots of mana to perform well. At the same time, I was looking over tournament decks and I saw that many of them used Tradewind Rider. This card struck me as mediocre when I first saw it. You can return something to their hand, but they can just play it again. But with Limited Resources out, you return a land to their hand, then play one and the total is still ten, thus no more lands can be played. Repeat the process until you have ten lands and they have none, and are able to play none. Then proceed to return creatures, then artifacts and so on until the opponent is desolate, with no means of recovering. The deck is completely defensive, until the threat is eliminated, then you may attack with creatures to kill the opponent. Since the deck is reliant on a combo, I’ve included 3 Mana Leak, 4 Counterspells, 3 Disenchant, 2 Wall of Blossoms, and 3 Propaganda to quell an early rush or counter attempt. Other defensive creatures are Uktabi Orangutan, and Man O’ War. Early mana can come from Birds Of Paradise, and to speed up the 10 land to 0 lock, I included Skyshroud Ranger and the blue and white Tutors. A few Maro were put in as finishers. Here’s the deck:

Grantfly thinks his decks are great. However, he has been suffering lately from an inflammation of the ego, and needs readers' help to tell him whether his decks are good, bad, or merely square man.
